You have 14 working days after receipt of your purchase to notify us of your wish to return or exchange your Kouali creation.

Any creation produced on order cannot be exchanged and refunded.

Please include all initial items in your return package, including invoice, packaging, accessories, creation(s). Our secure carrier will come to your home to pick it up.

Once your return package has been received, a return confirmation email will be sent to you after confirming the eligibility of the return or exchange.
